Charity of the Year
Make Nourish your Charity of the Year and we will work closely with you to develop a programme of events and opportunities for your company and staff to engage with Nourish’s work and fundraising. We will work to help companies with CSR and Environmental, Social and Governance goals to achieve them to our mutual benefit.
Take part in a challenge
Taking part in a sponsored team challenge is a great way to give back to your local community, whilst creating a unique team-building experience. Your team could complete a sky-dive, run a 10k or do a scavenger hunt to raise money. We will support you with fundraising materials, money collection tools and branded t-shirts. We can also come and give motivational talks about Nourish’s work.
Match funding
Many employers offer staff the chance to support a charity of their choice with match funding. We welcome opportunities to work with employees and employers to identify fundraising activities that qualify for match funding, from street collections to raffles, sponsorship to running a fundraising event.
Sponsorship and Collaboration
We see our business supporters as collaborative partners and we believe charitable giving can deliver benefits for both parties. Your support sponsoring an event or covering the costs of a campaign enables us to continue to help people in crisis, while providing the benefits of great publicity for your business, and delivering on your business’s community objectives.
Run a fundraising event
Running an ‘in aid of’ event is a great way for a business to raise funds for Nourish. Whether it’s a quiz night, a gala dinner or an office fancy dress day, we can support you with a fundraising toolkit including flyers, bunting, certificates of thanks and collection buckets. We’ll promote your event on social media to raise awareness with the general public.
Host a Money Box
A really easy way to support us is to host a money box or collection bucket at your business. We’ll provide you with as many as you need for cash donations or if space is an issue, we can provide you a virtual ‘shop donation’ poster, so donors can tap to give money.
Host a Food Donation Station
Many of our corporate supporters give a home to one of our food donation stations. Whether it’s staff filling it on the last Friday of each month or clients and suppliers bringing contributions when they visit you, it’s an easy way to help support our constant need for donated food.
Run a community event
Many businesses like to involve their local community in their fundraising. Supporters have run Summer fairs, Christmas carol singing, open days and BBQs for their local community whilst raising funds for Nourish. We can help you with template posters and flyers and Nourish branded banners, and promote your event details on social media.
