We can help you

There are two ways to get food from Nourish.

Referral agency
If you are already getting support, or help with your finances from a frontline agency, you can ask them to refer you to us for food support as well, whilst things are being worked out.

If you have a tenancy sustainment officer or income manager, you can speak to them about a referral.

If you have children, their school, nursery, health visiting team or your midwifery team can chat to you in strict confidence about issues you may be facing with finances and refer you to us for some short-term help.

Please do not contact organisations just for a referral. If you do not need their help with anything else, you can be assessed by us and refer yourself directly.

Refer yourself
If none of these apply to you, you can come direct to Nourish. Contact us, and we will then book a telephone call with you to talk about your situation. We will ask some screening questions to assess your need and to check certain things including your identity.

Once you’re accepted and processed you will get a text or email notification the day before delivery to provide the delivery window and you can reply to confirm.

You must have a static address and be within our operations area.
