This is a Supper Club with a difference! Five incredible renowned chefs and bakers are preparing five incredible courses, against the stunning backdrop of Kingdom, with all proceeds raised coming directly to Nourish! The menu looks amazing:

*To Begin: Candied Bacon & Thyme Pin wheels, maple butter, Tunworth bonbons and Cranberry Gel – Chef Ginge from I’ll be Mother
*Starter: Delicate squash and Graceburn Arancini, honey fermented quince aioli – Chef Natalie Harris, Bore Place
*Fish Course: Sussex plaice fillet, Cafe de Paris Butter, Pangrattato or (v) Oyster mushroom sealed in seaweed- Chef Lauren Wood, Angela’s – Margate
*Main Course: Rump cap of beef, carrot & mustard, beef hot pot or (v) Salt-baked celeriac with a beetroot fondant hot pot – Chef Matt Broadbent, Allkin Brewing*
Dessert: 59.5% Dark chocolate, cranberry & clementine tart – Chef Hollie o’Callaghan, The Cake Labs
